Scope and validity of quotations.
Quotations are issued in writing; the scope, delivery terms (Incoterms), currency and validity period are stated in the quotation document.

Sample costs, and whether they are deducted from the bulk order, are stated in the quotation. A bulk order starts once the proforma invoice is approved.
